အားကိုးႏိုင္ေလာက္တဲ့ လူမရွိပါ။ (ဘိုဘိုေက်ာ္ၿငိမ္း)

ဒုတိယ ကမၻာစစ္ႀကီးအၿပီးမွာ အဂၤလိပ္က စစ္ပန္းလ်က္ ရွိတယ္။ ခ်ာခ်ယ္ျပဳတ္ၿပီး အက္တလီ တက္လာတယ္။ အစိုးရ အေျပာင္းအလဲ ျဖစ္တယ္။ တခါ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း ဦးေဆာင္တဲ့ ဖဆပလ အဖြဲ႔ႀကီးေနာက္မွာ ျပည္သူေတြ တခဲနက္ရွိ တယ္ဆိုတာ ထင္ရွားတယ္။ ဖဆပလေနာက္မွာ ေတာ္လွန္မႈျဖစ္က ေတာ္လွန္ႏိုင္တဲ့ စစ္တပ္ရွိတယ္။ စစ္မႈထမ္းေဟာင္း ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ (ျပည္သူ႔ရဲေဘာ္) အဖဲြ႔ေတြ ရွိတယ္။ စစ္အၿပီးမို႔ လက္နက္ကလည္း မရွားလွပါ။ ဒါေတြအားလံုးဟာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ ေအာင္ဆန္းနဲ႔ ဖဆပလ အဖြဲ႔ႀကီးရဲ႕ အင္အားေတြ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ လြတ္လပ္ေရးကို တႏွစ္အတြင္းေပးဆိုၿပီးရင္ေကာ့ ၿပီး ေတာင္းႏိုင္ခဲ့ၾကတာပါ။

ေဒၚစုေနာက္မွာ NLD ဆိုတာ ရွိေပမယ့္ အားကိုးရမယ့္ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္တင္ဦးနဲ႔ ဦး၀င္းတင္တို႔လို ပုဂၢဳိလ္ေတြကို ေဒၚစုနည္းတူ ဖမ္းဆီးထားတယ္။ ေဒၚစုခမ်ာ ေနာက္လွည့္ၾကည့္လွ်င္ ရဲရဲႀကီး အားကိုးႏိုင္ေလာက္တဲ့ လူမရွိပါ။

ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေဒၚစုကို စစ္ဗိုလ္လူမိုက္တစု ဗိုလ္က် ေစာ္ကားလာရင္ (အင္အားျပဖို႔၊ လူထုအံုႂကြမႈကို ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ဖို႔၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရး အေဆာက္အအံု လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီႏိုင္ငံေရး အေဆာက္အအံု (political infrastructure) ကို က်ေနာ္တို႔ အားလံုး (၀ိုင္း) တည္ေဆာက္ရပါမယ္။

ဆႏၵျပမႈတြင္ဖမ္းဆီးစာရင္း

သံဃာေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ လူေပါင္း (၂,၉၂၇) ဦးကို ေခၚယူစစ္ေဆးေမးျမန္းခဲ့ၿပီး ၎တို႔ထဲမွ (၂,၈၃၈) ဦးကို ျပန္လႊတ္ေပးခဲ့ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ (၉) ဦးကို ျပစ္ဒဏ္ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း လူေပါင္း (၈၀) ဦးကို ဖမ္းဆီးထားဆဲျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သံဃာ (၂၁) ဦးႏွင့္ ၈၈ မ်ဳိးဆက္ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအပါအ၀င္
လူေပါင္း (၅၉) ဦး ပါ၀င္ေၾကာင္း ဗိုလ္မႉးခ်ဳပ္ခင္ရီက ေျပာ။

ဆႏၵျပမႈတြင္ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သူ ဖမ္းဆီးခံေန ရသည့္ အန္အယ္လ္ဒီအဖြဲ႔၀င္မ်ားပင္လွ်င္္ (၈၀) ဦးခန္႔ရွိေနေသး။

ယခုလ (၁) ရက္ထုတ္စာရင္းအရ နအဖစစ္အစိုးရက သံဃာေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ၈၈ မ်ဳိးဆက္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအပါအ၀င္ လူေပါင္း (၇၀၆) ဦးကို ဖမ္းဆီးထားဆဲျဖစ္သည္ဟု သိရသည္။

ဝန္ထမ္းသပိတ္္

နအဖ စစ္အစိုးရ၏ ယႏၱရား ရပ္ဆုိင္းေရးအတြက္ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ၂ဝဝ၈ ခုႏွစ္ လဆန္းတရက္မွ စတင္ကာ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္သို႔ မသြားဘဲ ေနအိမ္အတြင္း ေနထိုင္ကာ ဆႏၵျပရန္အတြက္ ျပည္တြင္းအေျခစိုက္ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းတခုက တိုက္တြန္းႏိႈးေဆာ္ေနသည္။ (Mizzima 05/12/07)

SPDC Constitution Fundamentals

The following appear to be some of the SPDC drafted constitution parameters:

The president of the country must have at least 10 years of military service.

Establishment of a bicameral system with an indirectly elected Upper House and a Lower House, which in theory will be elected by universal suffrage. However, 25% of seats in both houses will be filled by non-elected military officials.

The minister of defense and the minister of border areas development will be appointed by the commander-in- chief of the armed forces, not by the parliament or the prime minister.

In case of emergency the military will have the constitutional right to seize power and that seizure should be considered legitimate.

The draft constitution stipulates that a member of the assemblies should have no connection with any foreign government, or children who are not Myanmar citizens.
