Comparison

The Prime Minister said on Sunday(19 August, 2007) that “. One or more new institutions may be set up, Students get a good education and valuable skills ,government will pay attention to the quality of education.”

Can you imagine who is that prime minister? Soe Win or Thein Sein? On what occasion he said?

If you consider that our military prime minister has that kind of thinking, you will be a laughing stock.

The above statement was mentioned by the Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsein Loong in his national day rally speech. He gave speeches in three languages, Malay, Chinese and English.

I would be so happy if our military leader had the same talent as Singapore Prime Minister. I will be happily served under him. Look at the current University education system in Burma. SPDC opened more than 100 universities in 19 years, five universities opened in a year. Singapore, developed country, is considering to set up 4th University in 3-4 years time. There is no wonder that quality of University education in Burma is under per international standard. As military officer have not in touch with English for a long time( mostly of them spent their younger time in remote areas and out of reach for book to study) they probably misspell quality as quantity.

Singapore PM may require to learn from our leader how to open new University in short time, but he may need to brain wash before he see our military leader otherwise he could not learn.
