How come Htoo group of companies became large business conglomerate after 1990? Everyone know that business cannot prosper if there is no connection with the Junta. He is a real carpetbagger. It was said that he was involved in tourism, infrastructure projects, mobile telephone services and was involved in the government's purchase of helicopters from Russia.
