Unique Singapore Law

Police issued summoned to our twenty three colleagues who dressed in white, assembled at Orchard MRT and walked to City Hall MRT station on 25 August. Polices stated that they assembled more than five people with a same intent without a police permit. See detail here

I questioned myself why police do not summoned philippine groups who were always assembled there, their have same intent , get together and have fun. Our colleagues purpose is to walk to City hall. The only differences between Philippine and our colleagues is we have political motive in our mind(police know it from SMS), to support activist in Burma who had been protesting the military Junta for blitzkrieg high of fuel price. If we did the same action as 25 August, but the motive in our mind(police may know by SMS) is to support the Singapore government recent changes in CPF, do police will react the same way?

So this is Singapore.
